This is my first practise cover magazine.

My first practise magazine cover! The magazine is based on Media studies at biddulph high school.

I layed my front cover out in a box like way where the title of the magazine is like in a box and the title is on top of it what makes the title stand out. Next underneth the title there is a big picture of a media studies student use one of the media computers.

I've put some of the headlines in different colours to make them stand out so the magazine attracts people to look at it.

§ The colours of the page stand out as they are bright colours and they catch the reader attention.
§ The page numbers and page information is all down the right hand side in the yellow box.
§ The title content is on a red background which makes the contents title stand out.
§ Also there are 5 brass musician producers down the left hand side they are also on a pink background so it makes them stand out.

.The colour of this contents page is very dull with only two main colours which are grey and white.

.All the fonts are sophisticated

.Because the editors of the magazine are important all there names have been put all down the left hand side of the contents page.

.The middle of the page has 5 images of a skateboarder and each image is slanted different way.

§ The title of this magazine is clash and the way that the A and the S are clashing together.(clash name of a famous band).

§ The audience for this magazine would also be teenagers

§ The type of music that this magazine aims at is Indie rock and rock.

. The main three colours used on the magazine are black, white and a lime green colour. This is sophisticated as a limited number of colours are used; the green is also a strong contrast to the black and white, and would look unusual and different on the shelves

§ This magazine is aimed at older teenagers from about 15 up to the age of about 30. You can tell this because of the way that there isn’t many bright colours and they are just mature colours.

§ The size and font of the magazine title makes the magazine stand out because it is big and bold. The model on the front (T.I.) of the magazine has his head covering the B in the word VIBE but because the producers of the magazine are confident that everyone knows there magazine they don’t need to show the whole title as everyone already knows it.

§ Also the stories that the magazine has inside are all displayed down the right hand side of the magazine and they are also displayed in different colours.

§ The model on the front of the magazine is dressed very formally like he has been to some sort of event and the way he is dressed could also show the audience of the magazine.
